Stainless Steel Foot Plates provide another great way to benefit from frequencies. These high quality foot plates measure 11" in length and include terry cloth covers. The same cord that is used for the cylinders plugs right into the foot plates.

Since there is usually a gap between the soles of the feet and the foot plates, due to the normal arch in the foot, the user can increase the amount of current flowing into the feet by wetting the cloth. You can use the foot plates without the cloth as well.
