Children under 5 1-3 drops in 1 glass of water
5-10 years 3-8 drops in 1 glass of water
10-16 years 8-10 drops in 1 glass of water
16 years 20 drops in 1 glass of water, 3 times a day
External Use:
Vegetables and fruits 60 drops per gallon (dip for 30 seconds or more)

Most people can tolerate a dosage of 20 drops, 3 times a day, however, if you experience and adverse symptoms (know as a healing reaction) reduce the dosage. It is not advisable to add Oxyquest to boiling liquids as this breaks the bond and de-stablizes the oxygen.
