These nutrients are in a complementary base of yucca root, PABA, choline bitartrate, inositol, lemon bioflavonoids, rutin, hesperidin, alfalfa herb, kelp plant, chamomile flowers, dandelion root, rose hips fruit and extract, myrrh gum, golden seal root and wheat germ.
 
CAUTION: If you are pregnant or planning pregnancy, your daily vitamin A intake should not exceed 5,000 IU. Quantities in excess of 10,000 IU may result in reproductive hazards or birth defects.

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
