Fasten Cells one after the other on the incoming fuel line, NOT the outgoing fuel line. If both lines are very close together, then wrap #103 around both incoming and outgoing fuel lines, for best results. Fasten by wrapping cells around incoming line within six to twelve inches of the engine, if at all possible fasten between the fuel injector incoming fuel line or carburetor and fuel filter. Fasten onto fuel rubber hose line only and never the metallic fuel line if at all possible. After installing fasten extra cable ties around each Fuel Cell for safety! Some high mileage vehicles will take significantly longer but it will eventually work perfectly on them too.

 

How long does installation take?

On a typical installation, it will require only 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the location and accessibility of the fuel lines. Installation Requires No Tools!

The #103 contains (3) powerful energy saving fuel cells as shown above and it is adequate for any 2, 4, 6, or 8+ cylinder vehicle.    Fasten Cells one after the other on the incoming fuel line, NOT the outgoing fuel line.  Fasten by wrapping cells around incoming line as close to engine as possible, between fuel injectors or carburetor & fuel filter.   Fasten to hose not the metallic line when possible.

 

Note: Many users have also had great success spacing the fuel cells at other locations along the incoming fuel line. Owners may wish to experiment with location and spacing between #103 fuel cells for maximum benefit in their specific situation.  After installing fasten extra plastic tie also!

 

The #103 should work well on Tractor Trailers, Buses, Motor Homes & other larger vehicles. However, you may wish to double your order to two complete sets of #103 (that’s (6) powerful fuel saving energy cells) for even better results on larger vehicles.  On tractor-trailers you can now get as close as necessary to fuel injectors attached to the engine in order to maximize fuel savings.  Order extra Fuel Cells & attach to the diesel fuel line at the fuel tank(s) to reduce gelling of fuel during extreme cold conditions.  Once #103 is installed remember fasten extra plastic tie to each cell.

 

INSTALLATIONS CONTINUED

 Once all three energy saving fuel cells of the #103 are installed, your vehicle MPG should begin to improve. In some cases it will be gradual because of the cleansing effect taking place inside your engine.  The #103 helps to remove old carbon buildup in your engine over time. You can expect more horsepower, greater fuel economy, and possibly a longer lasting engine.

 

Based on performance of older technologies, the #103 should help clean out carbon buildup in engines very well.  So, after installation and perhaps five or more tanks full of fuel, it is suggested you change engine oil and filter. Check how much carbon and blackness is visible in that oil.  After two or three oil and filter changes you should find that your oil shows less discoloration over a longer time frame than before, indicating a cleaner burning engine.  

 

In time you should see a steady improvement in your fuel savings.  Experts say “it works on every vehicle 100% of the time, over time", quote unquote!  Some vehicles respond more quickly & much better than others do at first, but eventually all should show improvement as engines with higher time and mileage are “cleaned up” and begin operating more efficiently.

  EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULE and A

  If you have a steel fuel line, or one that is magnetically attractive, (both cases mentioned are very rare) it may have a negative effect on performance of the #103.  We DO NOT recommend any type of unapproved modification to accommodate the unit but are also aware that vehicle owners often modify their equipment to meet their own specific needs. For those who choose to ignore our advice and modify their fuel lines, it would seem prudent to hire a licensed and qualified mechanic to perform a professional, safe and reliable alteration. He or she would probably cut a 6-12 inch section out of the existing fuel line and splice an approved rubber type fuel line in its place for best results. 

 

But first, try #103 without having a professional mechanic cut and splice in a rubber type fuel line.  (All rubber type fuel lines, aluminum & copper are OK & will perform well with a #103.  Fuel lines that are attracted to magnetic fields might not permit the #103 to perform at peak efficiency but it may still provide a considerable improvement over your previous mileage figures.)

More Research On Tractor Trailers On 1/27/04 this Official Test Results #010504DR came in on one of our Test Trucks using the #103.  The #103 was installed on a Freightliner Tractor Trailer Truck, which has a 440 CAT diesel engine with quad injectors on 1/05/04.  Since installing the #103 the truck has traveled 10,726 miles hauling and average payload of 40,000 lbs..  Mileage has risen from 5.3 mpg to 6.5 mpg, that is a 22.6% increase in fuel savings since installation on 01/05/04.

Before fastening the #103 on the incoming fuel line of this Freightliner Truck, which has a 440 CAT diesel engine, Official Test #010504DR, our test driver mentioned he needed a tune up.  One of his injectors was clogged and causing a miss in his engine.  Within 200 miles or so after installing the #103 his mileage increased by 22.7%.  Later on his injector miss went away completely, which he claims saved hundreds of dollars in repair bills just to fix the injector!  He said it’s all because of the #103 installation!
