Returns Policy for Great Solutions, LLC

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for refund according to our refund policy.

You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the date of signed delivery unless a different refund policy below applies.  Products must be in the same condition you received them in and in the original box. 
Please contact us via email or phone to get an RMA prior to returning and write the RMA number on the box.  Some products are non refundable and others may be subject to a restocking and shipping fee.

*Ion Cleanse Footbaths have a 60 day trial period with a 100% refund within 60 days of receiving the unit.  Customer is responsible for getting an rma and shipping the unit back within the 60 day period.  Refund will be processed within 14 working days from when product is received.

Saunas, EMF Products (GiaWellness), Vibration Machines, Chi Machines, Tent Saunas, Cryo saunas, Concentrators, LED Light Products, Helos, Rebounders, Lasers, Compression Systems, Fitness Equipment, Intrafit, Bone Density Machine and Nutritional Products sales are final. No Refunds once product is shipped.
If Great Solutions issues an RMA for special circumstances then cancellation or restocking fees may apply in addition to shipping charges. Customer must return the merchandise in new resaleable condition and pay for shipping.

SCIO & Indigo has a 3 days after delivery 100% refund policy.
Wellness Pro Plus is a 30 day refund policy.

Hyperbaric chambers have a 15 day return policy and must be like new in resaleable condition.  Shipping charges will apply.

 Bio Mat/Alkalife Return Policy is:

a) 7 days after receipt, returned for a full refund or exchange less shipping.

b) after 8 days and up to 14 days of receipt, returned for 70% refund or exchange only less shipping.

c) after 15 days, and up to 30 days of receipt, for 50% refund or exchange less shipping.

Why do we want you to use the AVACEN 100 for 60 days before you can send it back?

We’ve seen varying responses from treatment and have noticed that it can take up to 2 months of bi-daily use for the effects to be pronounced enough to notice. Most of the time you will feel positive effects in a few days, but sometimes the first week of use may actually make you feel slightly worse, especially if you have been relatively inactive due to pain for an extended period of time.

The reason you feel worse instead of better is because you may be using blood vessels in your body that have been underutilized or dormant for quite some time. What happens if I don’t use the product as required for the refund?
If you do not use the AVACEN 100 twice daily at least 50 of the 60 days after you’ve received the unit, you can still return it (see “OTHER REFUNDS” below).


Only one device per original purchaser can qualify for the payment reimbursement. Discounted devices do not qualify for money-back returns. When two devices are purchased and one is being returned, the refund amount is based on the lower-priced device.

To qualify for 90% payment reimbursement you will need to: (1) be an original purchaser and follow our clinically proven use protocol of 15 minutes twice daily (early morning and before bed) for at least 50 of the 60 days; (2) request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from customer service (RMA@AVACEN.com) within 70 days of AVACEN 100 delivery to you and ship the AVACEN 100 back within 5 days receiving your RMA and; (3) return the AVACEN 100 in a ‘like new’ condition, including manuals and re- packed in the original shipping container. An accepted Equipment Purchase Agreement (either online or written) is required prior to shipping to qualify for any refund. Only original non-expedited shipping is reimbursed.


Should you NOT comply with (1) above but meet the terms of (2) and (3), you can still return your purchase and will be refunded as follows: (i) Upon returning your AVACEN 100, if received in a ‘like new’ condition, you will be refunded eighty percent (80%) of your original product purchase price to offset costs such as depreciation, refurbishing, re-packaging and re-certification. To allow proper inspection of returned products, refunds will be processed within 15 days after return is received.

The above refunds require the RMA request from customer service (RMA@avacen.com) is made within 65 days of the AVACEN 100 delivery to you and you must ship the AVACEN 100 back within 5 days of receiving your RMA. No refunds will be issued OR RETURNS ACCEPTED if these policies or timelines are violated in any way.


Juicers/Blenders/Slicers or any Kitchen products

Unauthorized returns will be refused without question. Great Solutions must be contacted within 10 days of original order receipt to initiate a return and request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.  Returns must be received in the original brand new, unused, factory fresh condition with all packaging and components included with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.  Any returns received requiring replacement of any packaging shall be charged a re-boxing fee of up to $15. Shipping must be prepaid by the customer, and the return is subject to a discretionary 20% restocking fee.  RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the issue date.

After 31 days from receipt, there is no refund or exchange

A return authorization form must be completed before any returns can be accepted.  Customer is responsible for any return shipping and must insure the product for the amount paid in case of loss or damage.

Your refund can take up to two weeks to process once the product is received, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The customer must return the product to get credit.

If you need to return an item, simply call us or login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We include Free shipping to continental U.S. addresses on most products. See product page for details on shipping. International Orders and Hawaii may have additional shipping charges.
Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees and any international shipping fees or duties.

If any damage occurs during shipping, it is the customers responsibility to report the damage to Great Solutions, LLC within 3 days so insurance claims can be filed timely. Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
